The Australian surfing great Wayne "Rabbit" Bartholomew has been immortalised in the way Australians know best — with beer.
In a portrait titled "The Next Wave," renowned watercolour artist Grant Molony captured the unique character of Rabbit using pale ale and paint brushes.
Rabbit has three world surfing titles under his belt, and was making a name for himself as a young gun when the legendary "28 Day Swell of ’75" hit Kirra and Burleigh in Queensland.
