Since its launch on July 29, at least 14 million people downloaded Microsoft’s next-generation software — and that number may be growing. It’s safe to say that the majority of users are happy, but as with any new software upgrade, there are exceptions. Some are airing their grievances on Twitter, and others are doing so even closer to home.
